Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Trip Saver (“Trip Saver”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use https://tripssaver.com/, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Trip Saver is a flight comparison website: we help you find fares, but bookings are made directly with airlines and travel partners.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Trip Saver, A108 Adam Street, New York, NY 535022. For any privacy question or request, email info@example.com or use our contact form.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message.
- Newsletter: your email address and the page where you subscribed.
- Comments (where enabled): your name, email and comment.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address when you send a form (used for spam and abuse prevention).
- Your flight searches (origin, destination, dates, passengers) so we can show prices.
- Preferences saved in your browser, such as country, currency, departure city and light/dark theme (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled by the airline or travel partner you book with.
3. How we use your information
- To show flight prices, deals and routes relevant to your departure city and currency.
- To answer messages sent through the contact form.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To protect the site from spam, bots and abuse (captcha, rate limits).
- To keep the website secure and working properly, and to meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (newsletter, optional cookies), to take steps at your request (answering your messages), and our legitimate interests in running a secure, useful comparison service. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Travel partners and booking links
When you click “View Deal” or a similar link, you leave Trip Saver and go to an airline or travel partner (for example via Travelpayouts / Aviasales) to complete your booking. That partner becomes responsible for the data you give them, under their own privacy policy. We may receive a commission for bookings, at no extra cost to you; this does not give us access to your booking or payment details.
6. Third-party services we use
- Travelpayouts / Aviasales: flight prices, airport search and partner links. Your search terms are sent to their API.
- Google reCAPTCHA (or a similar captcha service): protects our forms from bots. It may collect device and usage data under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
- Image and content delivery services: airline logos and destination images may load from partner servers, which can see your IP address.
- Email delivery: our hosting or email provider sends newsletters and replies.
7. How long we keep data
- Contact messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Browser preferences: until you clear them in your browser.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email info@example.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link that removes you from the list immediately.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and spam protection, and only authorised staff can see messages and subscriber lists. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Children
Trip Saver is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
